I’ll step out of a project with a revelation or, just scratching my head. but the concepts really evolve as I go through my process, some times my mind moves faster than my brush (or tablet pen). I can’t really say where Ideas for my work come from, I do my best to put my life experiences into my work. I love vibrant colors and lots of movement. The process of creation is what it’s all about for me, and people seem to like the work I create so I can’t really complain, If anything I am super thankful that strangers want to support me and the work I do. I’m never truly “love” my work but I have a lot of fun doing it. *phew* My skills took time to develop, and I love learning new ones! It is hard and takes time but so does anything. Well, my work fluctuates in its medium, I was trained as a painter at the Academy of Art University, the past few years I have really loved all I can get out of digital platforms, I also create resin sculptures and design clothes. I belive following through is the most important.Īlright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally? being an overnight success almost never happens, personally I know I still have a long (but very exciting!) road ahead. Falling on your face a few times, is okay. I know the most important thing is to try. Especially for someone as crazy disorganized as me. No venture should be done alone, and It takes trial and error to find that process that works best. Not being afraid to ask for help, or for another opinion has been huge for me. It is challenging, always a lot of moving parts, and easy to feel overwhelmed. Hi Wesley, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
